Life is Art Our client, an unrepentant and avid collector of art, 50’s furniture and design, and a collector of artistic glassware, was always running out of space for his latest acquisitions. During the course of this renovation (the entire top floor of a small house in Centretown) a primary goal was to provide for this collection to be able to expand and in a way that the collection could be viewed as in a Gallery. The hallway was transfigured with a dramatic wrap-around gallery shelf that has lighted cubicles for further collections. Even the stairwell was treated as a gallery with lighted niches for the collections.
